Arwin's mom was married, and he hasn't a home, Zack and Cody invite him to stay in their suite for all the time necesary, and for the many time, Zack and Cody have a plan to Arwin became to his house.
A Tale of Two Houses Edit
Kurt, Zack and Cody's dad, back for a theather in the Tipton, also, he is in a appartament, Zack is bored to his mom became to home when he is going to kiss his girlfriend, and he lies to she about he lived in the appartament with the money of his CD, also Cody lies too to Barbara with the same lie, this cause problems not only for the boys.

In Cody's class, a rumor is about Barbara has a crush with a new kid in the orchestra (however, is a lie), and Cody starts to be jealous. He tries to impress Barbara, and in the orchestra Cody has the plan to fell in love to Barbara again. Meanwhile, London tries to get a job at the Tipton.
