"Let Us Entertain You" is the 21st and penultimate episode of the third season of The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. Cody and Zack see their mom tired and they book a vacation for the three of them, but Carey has to sing on the S.S. Tipton in order to stay on the ship for free. Meanwhile, Maddie and London broadcast a telethon on Yay Me! Starring London Tipton for 24 hours, but when the telethon starts, no one calls to give money to the homeless.

Story[]

Zack and Cody see that Carey is tired because she is working extra shows. This encourages the boys to organize a holiday. Carey suggests they go to the largest ball of twine, but the twins reveal that they can go to the S.S. Tipton. Carey is very excited and leaves the room. They did not tell her that she would have to sing in order to stay in the luxury suite. On the cruise, a woman named Ms. Klotz introduces herself, checks Zack and Cody for illegal items and gives Carey keys to the "King Neptune Suite". Carey constantly tells the boys how much she loves them for organizing the trip, but she still does not know the catch.

Meanwhile, London and Maddie organize a Yay Me Starring London Tipton! telethon. The telethon is raising money for the homeless. Unfortunately, there is a blizzard and none of the special guests can make it to London's suite. When Mr. Moseby tells the girls of the bad news, they force Mr. Moseby to be some of the special guests. The acts are really amateur. They check the donations board but there are no pledges.

Back on the S.S. Tipton, Carey finds out that she has to sing because she finds a poster of herself. It is then revealed that the only free time she has is right now. She gets incredibly angry. Carey goes to Ms. Klotz, and tells her she does not want to sing. Now the Martin's have to spend the night in the "Sardine Suite." The suite is really small and horrible. Zack and Cody have to share a single bed. Zack pushes Cody off, then a man with mini kennels leaves heaps of caged dogs in the suite, leaving them barking for the rest of the night.

Next morning, they try to grab a plate but Ms. Klotz says they can only use small plates. They fill the plates to the top but Zack accidentally knocks them all down. After that, Carey said she would sing. There is no food left, so they all steal some from someone else.

Meanwhile at London's Suite, everyone is tired and there is no money donated. London says she will log off, but it says on the computer that they lost internet connection 23 and a half hours ago. They all decide to give unused food at The Tipton Hotel to the homeless.

Carey is sunburnt, and she cannot sing, so the boys fill in for her. They get caught, but due to crowd reaction they continue to sing.

London: Oh, I don't have a thinking cap. I have a thinking tiara.

Zack: Mom, you need a vacation. And by "you," I mean "we."
- Cody: Let's go to the Pawtucket Aquarium! I hear they just opened their "Swim with the Jellyfish" attraction. They won't sting you if you cover yourself in whale urine.
- Zack: I'd rather get stung!

Carey: Oh, stupid snoring dog kept me up all night.
- Zack: Well, when it comes out of that end, it ain't called snoring.

Maddie: All right, now. These phones are going to be ringing off the hook.
- Mr. Moseby: Uh, girls? I have bad news.
- London: [Gasps.] Not now, Moseby. I don't like being bummed out before my broadcast. It messes up my "Yay, me!" Smile.
- Mr. Moseby: Look, you're not going to have any performers for your telethon tonight.
- London: [Gasps.] See that? Now, I've got a "Boo, you" frown.
- Mr. Moseby: The blizzard has closed all the roads. None of your acts can get here.
- Maddie: There's a blizzard? (She opens the door and snow comes pouring down) Yeah. Yeah, there is. Yeah.
- London: This is terrible!
- Maddie: I know. The hungry homeless are relying on us.
- London: No. I mean I wanted to meet the dog act-- Sheila, the stupendous Shih Tzu.
- Maddie: Ok. Ok. We'll just have to fill in for the acts until the storm stops.

Carey: (to Miss Klotz) You're a heartless woman.
- Miss Klotz: It didn't bother me when my four ex-husbands said it, it doesn't bother me when you say it.
- Carey: You've been divorced four times?
- Miss Klotz: Oh, no. Widowed.

London: We didn't even get a chance to help the homely.
- Maddie: They're not homely, they're homeless!
- London: Have you seen them?

Trivia[]

This episode marked the only appearance of Ms. Koltz.
Nicole Sullivan is the second MADtv alum to appear on the series. Her MADtv costar, Mary Scheer, appeared as Zack's summer school teacher in "Summer of Our Discontent".
The majority of this episode was shown on the set of the upcoming spinoff The Suite Life on Deck as the S.S. Tipton.
This episode's title is probably a reference to the song, "Let Me Entertain You" from the musical, Gypsy.
Zack's statement that he'd "like to live here" is a reference to them moving aboard in The Suite Life on Deck.
Cole Sprouse has gained weight as of this episode.

Goofs[]

At the end of the episode, you can clearly see Carey clapping, which she would not be able to do with that severe of a sunburn as seen earlier in the episode.
