Mr. Acapenny is Seven Seas High's science teacher. Although never actually seen on camera, he is mentioned numerous times throughout the series.
Story[]
In "In the Line of Duty", Mr. Acapenny questions Zack's ability to create a chemical reaction. To prove he could, he set off a stink cloud in the classroom, resulting with a punishment of serving community service.
